Animated TV shows don’t always get a fair chance at Emmy awards. They only get one category and are rarely considered for best comedy.
However, Family Guy shot for an Emmy in their season premiere on October 1st. In the fourth-wall-breaking episode, Peter and the Griffin Family try their hand at best comedy, best drama, and best everything else. In the end, another animated TV show fails to get the respect it deserves… although they really didn’t deserve it anyway.
