Following on from its shaky first season and establishment as Netflix’s first animated comedy, the bold Hollywood satire has evolved into one of the most critically adored shows on air right now. As of the writing of this post, the fifth season has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes as well as a 92 on Metacritic (a series peak). Not bad for a show about a drunk and depressed anthropomorphic horse who used to be a sitcom star.
